Hi, I’ve been MIA but I am back and I’ve brought lattes!
All three of these wellness drinks have ingredients that aid in digestion and promote a healthy gut and help boost your metabolism. I like to make these when I feel a craving coming on since they are sweet and satisfying. The Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides used in the coconut latte can really be added to any three of the drinks, I just typically add it to my coconut latte since that is the one with coffee that I have first thing in the morning. The matcha latte is more of a mid-day snack when I feel like I need more energy and I don’t feel like having a second cup of coffee. The golden latte is something I usually reach for before bed as more of a nighttime drink.

Golden Latte
- Almond Milk (I use vanilla, feel free to use whatever type you like)
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (melted)
- 1 teaspoon agave (or raw honey)
- A pinch of pepper
Starting with your milk of choice, just fill a mug up with however much you want, and then pour that into a small pot. Add all ingredients and whisk together, bring to a simmer. Serve immediately; you may need to stir while drinking since the coconut oil can separate while sitting.
Turmeric has so many amazing health benefits, it’s good for your immune system and also aids in digestion. It’s just a beverage that is all around good for you, so just drink it 🙂
Matcha Latte
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon agave (or raw honey)
- 1 tablespoon organic matcha powder
Pour all ingredients into a blender and combine! Pour over ice and serve immediately. It’s literally that easy. Matcha is the highest quality green tea powder, it’s a great natural energy booster and has a long list of health benefits. It boosts your metabolism and also detoxes your body. You can make this a warm latte too by adding hot water then blending and omitting the ice. I personally, like it better cold.
Cinnamon Coconut Latte
- Organic coffee (I just used a k-cup)
- 2 tsp. coconut oil
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup coconut milk or almond milk (any milk of choice will work really)
- dash of vanilla extract
- 1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
While brewing your coffee, heat coconut oil and milk in a saucepan just to warm it up. Pour coffee, cinnamon and collagen in a blender and blend for 10seconds. Combine all ingredients in a mug and enjoy.
