I’m pretty sure meal prepping is included in the top 5 most annoying things ever. I know my Sunday scaries have reached its peak when I remember I have to prepare meals for the week. It’s not ideal and it does take at least 30-45 minutes start to finish, but, think of all of the money you’ll save during the week. Not only that, but you just feel better after you eat a healthy lunch, as opposed to a heavy, greasy, bought lunch (that is unless you’re willing to drop at least $15 at sweetgreen for a healthy salad/bowl).
Now that we all know meal prepping is just all around better for us, I’ve compiled some of my favorite, easy, Pinterest recipes for you, because you know I love you. Since it is officially soup szn, soups/chili’s are one of my main go-to’s since you can prepare everything in one pot and you’ll get at least 2-3 lunch/dinners out of what you make. Plus they’re filling and it’s really easy to add a bunch of veggies without even really thinking about it. Okay, I just gave you like five great reasons to make soup so…what are you waiting for. After you’re done meal prepping, you can buy something from your Nordstrom wishlist with all of the money you’re saving and if you need help deciding what to buy – I have a post on that, here.
Okay, love you! Happy meal prepping!!
xx

This seems simple, but I always need help with how to spice up my chicken. Salt/pepper/garlic powder gets so redundant

I’m not a fan of meal prepping, either, but reading your post has reminded me why it’s so important – and so good for your health. Your Quinoa Crunch Salad, in particular, looks delicious.
