My Favorite Meals for the Week !


Finally something on my food page! yay!

Meal prepping is so important. It makes it so much easier to eat healthier and it saves you money. When I’m lazy and don’t feel like packing a lunch, I’ll easily spend $7-$13 dollars on a meal that’s probably unhealthier than I think. Also, if I don’t have meals pre-made for dinner, I’ll be so hungry when I come home after my 40 minute commute I’ll eat toast or crackers or cereal while I’m waiting for dinner to be done and in the end it’s just a bunch of unnecessary calories or sugars I don’t need. I’ve linked some of my favorite recipes I like to meal prep or easy meals that just keep me satisfied and healthy. Enjoy!
